With 10 years of direct focus on Health and Safety. Joey is a accomplished academic with an Associates Degree from Columbia Southern University with a Major in Occupational Health and Safety and is continuing his education to accomplish his goal of acquiring a Master degree in Health and Safety. Joey is also Authorized outreach instructor in the construction industry as well as a certified First Aid, CPR and AED instructor through ASHI and Medic First Aid.
Sara Tilghman is the CFO and co-founder of ECS. As the CFO Sara comes with 10 years of business experience ranging from real estate accounting to business accounting. She has work with large investment firms with a portfolio that spreads across the nation. Sara is an accomplished academic, with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concertation in accounting.
Joel Smith is the Chief Operations Office at ECS. As COO, Joel brings over 25 years of construction and safety experience ranging from Project Management ,Building and Trades, Government Contract Procurement, Logistics, Business Development. He’s an expert in contractor compliance, system integrity, safety and emergency management within the heavy construction sector. Joel was the Director of Operations for one of the largest Museum manufacturers in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area, where he managed design, drafting, art production, custom manufacturing and installation for a Varity of government entities such as the DoD, DARPA, and Association of the US Army. Since 2009, Joel has served as an independent contractor in the natural gas industry. Joel is N.A.C.E II certified in industrial coating applications from the NACE Institute. He carries certifications from the American Petroleum Institute and the National Welding Institute.
